Comprehensive Package [Pay In Full]
The Comprehensive College Planning Package is designed for families that would like full support throughout the entire college application and admissions process.
What’s included:
Unlimited Family Consultations
The first consultation will be approximately 60 minutes and is available for scheduling upon enrollment. This is where we set up a detailed timeline from now until graduation and I answer ALL of your questions! The remaining consultations (45-60 minutes) can be scheduled at your convenience but typically take place over the summer between junior and senior year, as the College List is finalized, and then in the spring of the senior year to discuss the final decision.
Unlimited, 30-Minute One-on-One Sessions
Students are able to easily select a time to meet that works around their busy schedule. After each session, parents and students receive a follow-up email including a recap of what we discussed and short-term goals we determined during the meeting.
Monthly Small Group Coaching Sessions
Students join in via Zoom at 8:30 pm on the last Wednesday of each month to learn about the monthly topic and ask any questions they have!
Summer Essay Writing Bootcamp
The summer essay writing 1-day bootcamp serves as an opportunity to spend dedicated time to get students started on their Common App 650-word Personal Statements. We review the purpose and common structure of college essays, hold structured brainstorming sessions, outline, and write a first draft of the personal statement.
Bootcamp options: In-Person (Fairfax, Virginia) or Virtual (via Zoom) | 2025 Dates TBD
Essay Revision / Recommendation via Google Doc
Unlimited meetings and reviews for both the Personal Statement and any Supplemental Essays.
Common App Review
Unlimited reviews of students’ Common App college applications before they hit “submit” including activities list guidance.
Support for Deferrals and Waitlist
Support in developing strategy if deferred or placed on a waitlist to include support writing a letter of continued interest.
Extra Resources to Support Students through the List Building and Application Process
Access to individual Google Drive Folder.
The folder includes planning spreadsheets, resources, and college research.Enrollment into the College List Building Blueprint (CLBB).
CLBB is an online course that teaches students how to research colleges and then create a college vision board that drives the entire college list-building process. Students are not required to complete CLBB but it is a resource that many students have found invaluable!Individualized College Recommendations and List Building Support.
In the initial stages of building a college list, following each meeting, I provide students with a list of 3 colleges (including links to research) that match their basic criteria. We spend subsequent meetings building and refining a list of 8-12 colleges that match their personal, social, academic, and financial college goals.
